Basic
Our basic service plan takes you and your client’s transaction and keeps you on track for the closing table. All along the way, the agent and the client will be reminded and kept informed of critical dates so that no deadlines are missed and no surprises prevent you getting to the closing table and paid. This service includes 24 tasks, email, and communication points throughout the course of the transaction.
Executive
Our Executive Service Plan includes all the the tasks in the Basic Service Plan but adds a more “hands free” mentality for the agent. TPG transactions takes the extra steps for you, the agent, in helping you to leverage your time to focus on production by working with compliance, scheduling inspections, working with lenders, and keeping both the buyer and the agent on task for a timely closing! This service includes 42 tasks, email, communications and compliance services throughout the transaction.
VIP
Our V.I.P. Service Plan is a total Concierge Service Plan. This plan is designed to go above and beyond for the agent and the client. This plan includes all of the 42 tasks from the Executive Service Plan while adding additional service points to both the client and the agent. The V.I.P. Service Plan is a total hand off service that takes your contracts at execution and lets you become worry free until the closing table. With over 50+ tasks, email, communications and services, nothing is left undone. Hand us your contracts and TPG Transactions will do the rest and keep you informed along the way.
Listing Management
Basic
The Basic Service Plan is the entry level listing package that gets your listing ready to go active. This plan takes your listing agreement and gets everything ready to take the listing active on MLS. Communication with the agent and the seller takes place throughout the preparation days in order to ensure a timely active listing. TPG Transactions makes your listing compliance ready and takes a limited hands on role in the listing process.
Executive
The Executive Listing Services Plan is a hands on experience for TPG Transactions. We are there every step of the way so the agent can utilize their time securing more listing appointments, lead generation and focus on growing their business through leveraging our transaction coordinator. From taking your listing agreement to scheduling photos, making your listing compliance ready and making the listing active on MLS and all the major real estate websites, TPG Transactions takes all the tasks from you and helps you get your client’s home ready for sale!
